Return and Refund Policy
Due to Covid-19 No Refund No Return No Exchange Applicable on all products.
Returns Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and then you have to share the Paytm number so that we can send your refund on paytm, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paytm account again. Then contact your Paytm company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to H-3A, Main Road Raja Puri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, 110059. Shipping To return your product, you should send your product to: H-3A, Main Road Raja Puri, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, 110059 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address. You have to submit a cancellation request on the same date before 2.00 PM.
- If the order is already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment if the ordered item is not the actual product you needed and the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-10 days of refusal. For the same you have to raise cancellation request.
- If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and the amount will be refunded in your Bank Account once the product is picked and received at our warehouse for approval of cancellation with valid reason. If the product item delivered to you was faulty from our end, then we will proceed with replacement of the product. Refund will be only given when we receive the product our end and QC verified.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In case of any defective product the shipping charges will be bared by the company and if the wrong order placed by the customer, then he/she have to bare the shipping cost.

We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.
We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate. The brightness, contrast and resolution of your screen will make the color of the product look slightly different.
Return/exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer, or if a wrong product was ordered.
