Can I customize my own cover?

Yes! You can now get your own customized mobile cover according to your needs. Just send us an email at care@coversgap.com with all your requirements including the picture you want to get personalized with the model number of your phone, so we at CoversGap can curate the exact cover of your dreams.

Do you print my pictures on the side of the covers as well?
No. All designs will be printed on the back of the case only to give it a more uniformed look. The sides of the covers will seamlessly cover the sides of your phone and protect it from external damage.
Are your phone covers hard or soft?
Our covers are made with high polycarbonate, with a fixed shape and are of a hard material and not a soft rubber or silicone material. We create a durable yet sleek cover for your phone to seamlessly fit into the case, not look bulky or heavy and yet protect your phone from scratch and dust.
How good is the print quality?
We at CoversGap make ensure that our customers get the cover of their dreams and for that, we make sure that it is of the highest quality with a print that doesn’t peel off or fade away with time. We ensure lifetime print warranty.
How will I know my order is placed successfully?
  • Once you’ve successfully paid for your desired cover you will receive a confirmation email or a text message on your registered email and mobile number, which you provide us when you login with CoversGap.
  • If you haven’t received any confirmation email or text message then mail at care@coversgap.com or you can also contact us via WhatsApp 9315007084. CoversGap will make sure to help you in any way possible to make this transaction hassle-free for you.
When will I receive my order?

Usually, it takes 3-4 business days (standard time) for your shipment to reach you. Sometimes an order may take more than 3-4 business days depending on your location. We recommend you to type in your Pincode when selecting  a cover for your phone to show you the exact number of days it will take to reach you.

How can I check the status of my order?
  • When you have successfully placed your order with us, we provide you with an Order ID in your confirmation mail or via text message.
  • All you have to do is type in that Order ID at Track Order along with your billing email ID and you can see the progress of your product shipment.
  • If we’re facing some unusual delays or complications in our delivery you will automatically receive an update telling you when your product will reach you. If you are facing any further issues don’t hesitate to write to us at care@coversgap.com.
How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, follow the following steps:

  • You can make cancellation requests of your order anytime before the order is shipped from the warehouse ( then it can’t be cancelled)
  • To cancel your order just send a mail at care@coversgap.com with your order ID. Remember to use your registered email ID only to cancel your order.
  • Next, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with refund details enclosed, to your registered email ID.
How can I pay for my order?
After browsing through our amazing collection of covers and adding the desired products to your cart. When checking out your covers from your Cart, simply fill in your billing details and pay either through PayPal or Paytm.
What payment methods do you accept?
  • Credit/debit card via PayPal, remember if you choose to go via PayPal you get 50% cashback guaranteed (i.e. Rs. 200!)
  • Login via your Paytm account and pay via various options like net banking/ credit card/ BHIM UPI
Where is Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

We don’t provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services as of now. Since we are a small growing company all our transactions take place online to make ensure our customers are valid.

What do I do if my payment fails?
  • Firstly, please confirm if the details you’re proving are correct.
  • Check if you have a secure connection to the internet.
  • If the amount is debited from your account even after a payment failure, don’t worry it will come back to your account within 5 days.
How to use reward points?

While checking out from your cart type in the number of reward points you want to get deducted, and it will show you the discounted price that you have to pay. You can check your reward points by going to My Rewards in your account.

How to apply a discount coupon?

All you have to do is type in the existing coupon code while checking out your products from your cart. It will then show you a reduced amount. For more exciting offers login now!

I paid with my credit/debit card, but why did I get an email from PayPal for confirmation?

We use the PayPal platform, so even if you used your credit/debit card, you will receive a confirmation from the PayPal team.

What is the process of return?
  • Go to ‘Order Return’ and fill out the details like order ID, registered mail and mobile number and reason for return.
  • Once we send a confirmation email you can initiate the process of return. As of now, we don’t provide self pick up services, so you have to initiate the shipment from your own.
  • Once we receive the product, we will then inspect the product and initiate the refund process by sending a mail to your registered email ID.
What are the terms and conditions for refund?
  • The back cover should be couriered in the condition that it reached you. With the packing intact.
  • Once we receive the product, the amount will be credited to your account via PhonePe, Paytm or Google Pay within 5 business days.
My product received is damaged/ broken. What do I do?
  • If your product received is damaged/ broken only then it is applicable for a full refund from CoversGap.
  • Send us an email at care@coversgap.com with details of your order ID, name of the mobile model back cover and a photo showcasing how damaged is the cover.
  • Our team will go over it and send an email to initiate a refund to your account.
My product is wrong/ missing. What do I do?

Send us a mail at care@coversgap.com regarding the wrong item you received or if anything is missing in what you ordered. If we have the product in stalk we will immediately ship it to you, otherwise, initiate a full refund.

How do I initiate self-shipment of my product?
  • Since we do not provide any pickup service of your returned product, we recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is an Indian Government-owned entity and is the safest way for your product to reach us. Please do not use a private postal service for the better safety of your own product.

Why is my refund not done yet?

The refund usually takes 5 business days. Once we initiate refund we send a confirmation mail to the customer.

What is the refund policy of an item bought in a sale?

If you return a product bought from us in a sale period only the amount you have paid will be refunded.

Will I receive promotional emails after registering my email?

Once you register with us you will receive promotional emails and text messages regarding exciting new offers, discounts and new products launched on your email or mobile. If you want to stop receiving such emails you can simply unsubscribe from your email.

What to do when I forgot my password?

If you forget your password just click on forget password when trying to login. Type in your registered email ID and we will send you a link to create a new password on your registered email ID.
